Wonderful for student inquiry and interest

I use NASA Viz in my Earth & Space Science class. I love that i can use this to illustrate concepts, but even better is that students can use this to see the real life application of NASA research. I feel it helps make scientific inquiry and the scientific method seem real to students, rather than just a concept they are taught.
Usually after students look through the app they come up with further questions. I.e. this app helps my students want to learn more!
